baroma Scent Credit Program
A gentle way to explore scent — with every credit returning to you.
1. What is Scent Credit
Scent Credit is baroma’s way of letting you explore fragrances with confidence and ease.
When you request samples, the amount you add is placed into your baroma account as Scent Credit. This credit is fully redeemable on your next purchase.
It is not a fee.
It is simply your future fragrance, set aside.
2. What’s Included in a Sample Request
Each Scent Credit request includes:
- A curated sample box containing up to 10 complimentary perfume samples from our participating brands
- The option to add additional samples at USD 4 each
- Each sample may be selected once per order
- Free worldwide shipping when the sample box is requested on its own
At checkout, the amount you add becomes your Scent Credit.
Example:
10 samples → USD 40 Scent Credit
12 samples → USD 48 Scent Credit
What you add is what you receive in credit.
3. Using Your Scent Credit
- Scent Credit is added to your baroma account at the time of your sample request
- It is valid for 60 days from the request date
- It may be used on all products except gift cards
- A minimum cart value of USD 100 is required to apply Scent Credit
- Up to 50 percent of your order may be settled using Scent Credit on all products except samples
- Available credit is automatically applied at checkout
No scent is ever lost — every credit returns to you.
4. Shipping
- Sample boxes requested on their own are shipped free worldwide
- When samples are ordered together with full-size products, standard shipping rules apply
- Scent Credit does not count toward free shipping thresholds
Each sample is carefully prepared and sent with care, wherever you are.
5. Repeat Requests
To ensure a balanced and thoughtful experience:
Each new sample box creates a new Scent Credit balance with its own 60-day validity. Additional samples may be added at USD 2 each.
There is no maximum to how many fragrances you may explore.
